LPS Connect is location independent, allowing desktop phones, software clients, and mobile devices to share the same telephone number and extension and operate from anywhere, sharing network and system resources that result in significant operational and financial savings. You can answer a call on your desktop set and move it to your mobile device as you leave the office. Bogged down outside of the office? Launch the browser-based UC Software Client on any 3rd party PC, Mac, or Chromebook, and continue to work from anywhere, communicating in voice, video, and text (Chat or SMS/MMS).
Four devices can share the telephone number and be configured to all ring simultaneously, ensuring that all incoming calls are handled appropriately, wherever the end-user may be. Conversely, calls can be made from anywhere ensuring that the propriety of the business telephone number is maintained. This reinforces the exposure and marketing impact of the business telephone number and strengthens its brand value. The devices include:
- Business Class Desktop Phones that support a time tested user interface and offer the optimum in versatility, ease-of-use and quality of user experience. The phones include fixed keys to support frequently used features - access to voice messages, call hold, redial previously dialed calls, and transfer call. In addition, the unit also includes soft-keys that are configurable and programmed to support specific user requirements as well as soft keys that are used to present context related features presented to the end-user as they progress through the features on the phone. The user programmable keys can be programmed to support lines, call park zones, speed dials, and direct station select/busy lamp fields (DSS/BLF). The DSS/BLF keys are used to determine whether the PBX extension is busy and to dial the extension directly for internal calls or calls transferred from the outside. The phones feature a high resolution color display that perches above a sleekly designed, jet-black interface. The overall finish is designed to last and survive many years of use. - A Cordless Phone that can be associated with the desktop phone to support cordless/mobile calls within the office. If there is a requirement to take the call with you as you walk through your facility, the call on the desktop set can be moved directly to the cordless set. Conversely, the set can answer a call anywhere within the facility. In this configuration, the cordless phone works in concert with the desktop set. The set can also function independently when configured as a stand-alone device.
- CoreNexa Mobile - A full-featured iOS or Android mobile app that supports texting, chat, voice, video, file sharing and collaboration. In concert with LPS Connect it offers voicemail, 3 digit dialing from extension to extension, call logging (called, received, missed) with recall, contact directories, voice and video conferencing, always available virtual meeting room access, auto attendant scheduling, and general extension and device management functions.
