LPS’s Teams Integrator utilizes Microsoft’s Direct Routing feature to integrate LPS Connect’s calling services with Microsoft’s desktop and mobile dial pads, @-mentions, chats, channels, and alerting interfaces. 

Survivability and Flexibility

Microsoft Teams Client and Room System operate as devices on LPS Connect.

LPS Connect operates independently and transparently  of Microsoft Teams.

Direct Routing is the best choice for businesses looking to utilize Microsoft Teams while retaining the flexibility to select their own external provider for PSTN interoperability, usage minutes, survivability and complex call routing, as illustrated above.

We use the above as a guide to map out call flows within an organization.  In certain cases, the call flow could be quite involved.

However, most important of all is survivability in the event of a Teams outage.  Voice calling and SMS Texting would still be available via LPS Connect and CORENEXA.

• CORENEXA and MS Teams can both run in a common Chrome or Edge browser window and share an LPS Connect outside line/number, ring group and contacts.

• This enables the use of both applications to support today's extended communications requirements for voice, video, chat, SMS texting and meetings along with  their operating and support environments.

• The use of a common browser, pinned tabs and browser  notifications provides a controlled and visual environment to support all forms of communications with the most productive application, function or interface.
