LPS is an FCC registered New England, NY/NJ, and Mid-Atlantic based Communications Services Provider (CSP) and AV Systems Integrator servicing the telecommunications and AV requirements of small and medium size businesses.
We have been offering tailored voice, video, messaging, AV, unified communications (UC), and collaboration/presentation services and solutions since 2008.
We deliver personalized, hands-on service—from consulting and sales to implementation and ongoing support. As your first point of contact, we take full responsibility for solving problems and providing ongoing assistance — never outsourcing to offshore call centers. Instead of one-size-fits-all solutions or self-service training, we deliver customized system design, implementation, and training, backed by a responsive and customer aware help desk with on-site support when needed.

We design and provision systems that are both basic and comprehensive - integrating voice with messaging, video, meetings, and collaboration - on both LPS Connect and Microsoft Teams platforms. LPS Connect is a communications-centric platform while Microsoft Teams is collaboration-centric. Both platforms can be iused simultaneously and share common numbers and features. This enables the use of the most situationally appropriate interface, CORENEXA or Teams, when answering or making calls.
