Our Service Offering
. . . is our hosted communications service that allows anyone to connect to anyone (local or remote), on any device (mobile, desktop phone, desktop PC/Mac/Chromebook, laptop, meeting room system), from anywhere (office, home, remote location, or on the road), at any time - in voice, video, text, and data.
We design and provision systems that are both basic and comprehensive - integrating voice with messaging, video, meetings, and collaboration - on both LPS Connect and Microsoft Teams platforms. LPS Connect is a communications-centric platform while Microsoft Teams is collaboration-centric. Both platforms can be used simultaneously and share common numbers and features. This enables the use of the most situationally appropriate interface, CORENEXA or Teams, when answering or making calls.
We serve customers in the Mid-Atlantic, NY, NJ, and New England areas, including Cape Cod and the Islands.
